Apple users (hereinafter referred to as "subscribers") who activate subscription services through this APP refers to the auto-renewable subscription services provided by BitDynamic based on the Apple App Store ecosystem (hereinafter referred to as "subscription services"), specifically including but not limited to Pro features, AI translation, and other value-added services within this APP. The service content is subject to what is displayed on the subscription page. If you use subscription services in the EU region, according to the EU Digital Markets Act (DMA) provisions, you may obtain services and related promotional information through the compliant channels explicitly indicated by the App Store.
12.2.1 Subscription service periods are divided into weekly, monthly, annual, etc. (specific periods are subject to what is displayed in the APP). The subscription will automatically renew after the subscription period expires. Apple systems do not mandate renewal periods; the actual period is subject to the settings on this APP's subscription page.
12.2.2 Subscription prices are subject to the amounts displayed in the App Store, and these prices include applicable taxes. Prices may change based on service content adjustments, regional policy differences (such as commission rate adjustments in the EU region), or market operation needs. In China, the service commissions involved in subscription prices follow Apple's officially published standards (30% for standard enterprises, 15% for small and medium-sized developers).
12.3.1 After subscribers confirm their subscription, payment will be completed through your bound Apple ID, with fees collected directly by Apple Inc. or its affiliates. BitDynamic does not directly collect subscription fees.
12.3.2 You authorize Apple to send billing reminders through SMS, APP push notifications, and other prominent methods 5 days before the subscription period expires, including key information such as renewal product name, billing amount, service period, etc., and automatically deduct the next period's subscription fee from your Apple ID's bound payment method within 24 hours before expiration, until you actively cancel the subscription. If the primary payment method cannot be charged, you agree that Apple will attempt charging in the order of payment methods set in your account settings. This service activation requires your active selection and confirmation; there is no default check or forced bundling.
12.3.3 Uninstalling this APP is not considered canceling the subscription and will still result in automatic billing. You need to actively cancel according to the method specified in section 12.5 of these terms. We also recommend checking whether your Apple ID's bound payment channels (such as WeChat Pay, Alipay) have associated billing settings to avoid missing cancellations.
12.4.1 If you are a first-time subscriber and qualify for a trial period, you may enjoy a free trial of the corresponding duration (specific duration is subject to what is displayed in the APP). 5 days before the trial period expires, we will prominently remind you of the trial period deadline, cancellation path, and billing rules. If you do not cancel the subscription within 24 hours before expiration, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription and deduct the corresponding fees.
12.4.2 During the trial period, you may cancel the subscription at any time through the method specified in section 12.5 of these terms to avoid billing. If you have previously used a trial period for the same service, you may not be able to enjoy a free trial again when subscribing again.
12.4.3 The scope of restrictions for trial period service content is subject to what is explicitly stated on the App Store subscription page. You need to confirm which function modules will be restricted after the service expires before the trial. We will mark trial period related rules in prominent fonts to ensure you are fully aware of your rights and obligations.
You can view, manage, or cancel subscriptions through the following methods. The cancellation process is completely free and the operation path is clearly visible:
12.5.1 iOS devices (iPhone/iPad/Apple Vision Pro): Open "Settings" → Click your name → Select "Subscriptions" → Find the subscription service corresponding to this APP → Click "Cancel Subscription". If you cannot find the "Cancel Subscription" button, it means the subscription has been canceled.
12.5.2 Mac devices: Open "App Store" → Click your name → Enter "Account Settings" → Click "Manage" in the "Subscriptions" section → Select this APP's subscription → Click "Edit" → "Cancel Subscription".
12.5.3 After canceling the subscription, the service will continue until the current subscription period expires, and no fees will be charged for the next period. You can take a screenshot to keep the cancellation success page as evidence for any future billing disputes.
12.6.1 If subscription prices need to be adjusted, BitDynamic will notify you at least 15 days in advance through the Apple system via email, push notifications, or APP pop-ups and other prominent methods, including new prices, effective time, and objection feedback channels. If you are in the EU region, price adjustments must also comply with DMA requirements regarding competitive fairness.
12.6.2 Price adjustments may take effect without your separate confirmation when they meet the following conditions: no more than one adjustment per year, a single adjustment not exceeding 50% of the original price and not exceeding $5 in absolute amount (annual subscriptions not exceeding $50), and compliance with local legal requirements. If adjustments exceed the above thresholds or local legal requirements (such as relevant provisions of China's "Consumer Rights Protection Law Implementation Regulations"), they require your explicit consent before taking effect; otherwise, the subscription will terminate after the current period expires.
12.7.1 Refund requests for subscription fees must be submitted through official Apple channels. BitDynamic does not directly handle refund matters. You can apply for refunds through the "Purchase History" in the App Store or by visiting Apple's official website (reportaproblem.apple.com). When applying, you can select corresponding reasons such as "I did not intend to renew the subscription" to improve review efficiency.
12.7.2 Apple will review applications according to its refund policy. If there are cases of fraud, abuse of refunds, or illegal operations, Apple has the right to refuse refunds.
12.7.3 Apple generally does not provide refunds for those who have enjoyed complete subscription period services; the refund ratio for partially unused services is determined by Apple based on actual circumstances. If you disagree with Apple's refund results, you can further assert your rights through consumer protection channels such as the 12315 platform.
12.8.1 If your subscription is terminated due to Apple payment failure, active cancellation, or unconfirmed price adjustments, BitDynamic will stop providing the corresponding value-added services, but basic connection management functions will not be affected.
12.8.2 BitDynamic is not responsible for subscription interruptions caused by Apple payment system failures, payment method abnormalities, or your failure to update payment information in a timely manner. You need to contact Apple customer service (support.apple.com) to resolve these issues. If service abnormalities occur due to third-party payment channel integration issues in the EU region, we will cooperate with Apple to handle them according to DMA requirements.
12.8.3 BitDynamic has the right to discontinue some subscription service content based on business adjustments, but must notify you at least 30 days in advance through APP announcements or Apple system notifications, and cooperate with Apple to handle corresponding refund matters (if any).
12.9.1 This subscription service is subject to the "Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions" between you and Apple. Apple is the payment recipient and refund review party for subscription fees. For related payment issues, please contact Apple customer service directly (support.apple.com). In China, these terms also comply with legal requirements such as the "Network Trading Supervision Management Measures" and the "Consumer Rights Protection Law Implementation Regulations of the People's Republic of China."
12.9.2 You understand and agree that Apple is not a party to this agreement and is merely a third party providing payment and subscription management technical services. Any disputes caused by Apple services should be resolved through negotiation between you and Apple; disputes caused by BitDynamic services can be handled according to the provisions of Chapter XI of this agreement.
12.9.3 For users in the EU region, this subscription service also complies with the "Digital Markets Act" (DMA) provisions regarding open ecosystems and fair competition. You may legally enjoy compliance rights such as third-party payment channel selection.
13.1 Any specific services of this software may have individual agreements and related business regulations and other specifications (hereinafter collectively referred to as "individual agreements"). Therefore, before using such specific services, please read and agree to the relevant individual agreements in detail.
13.2 The update time of this Agreement is [April] [8], [2025].
13.3 All clause titles in this Agreement are for reading convenience only and have no actual meaning. They cannot be used as the basis for interpreting the meaning of this Agreement.
13.4 Regardless of the reason why some clauses of this Agreement are invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain valid and binding on both parties. [End of Full Text]
